Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your 25central products that were purchased directly through 25central.com, you may return any items from your order within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs before ordering. We will not refund your shipping fees if you deny a package or return due to duty charges.

In order to begin the facilitation of your return, please contact 25central Customer Service at 14135868017 (available Mon–Fri,Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST) to request a return authorization and return instructions. Any returns received without a return authorization will be unable to be processed. Returned items will need to be received by our Distribution center within thirty (30) days of the order date to be eligible for a refund. 25central does not provide prepaid shipping labels, and we encourage you to utilize a method of shipment which allows for tracking of the package.

Please note, refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Any returns made after the thirty (30) day period are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product.

25central is only able to accept the return of products originally purchased through the 25central website. Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by 25central. 25central reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. 25central is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Products

We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit. Please save the damaged box and product(s) and contact our 25central Customer Service department at 14135868017 (available Mon–Fri,Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST), within two (2) business days of receipt for further instructions.
